Ottima paposcia, cotta bene e ben condita. Il servizio è veloce e cordiale. Il locale essenziale, a conduzione probabilmente familiare. Lo consiglio certamente per assaggiare questa specialità locale. Squisita la paposcia del contadino (solo cotta al forno condita con pecorino all'interno) da gustare poi con affettati a parte.

Terrific local pizzeria where, despite being tourists who speak little Italian (and are therefore not "local guide(s) as Google seems to think!), we were given a warm welcome and served delicious pizza (and nicely chilled local red wine). Service was speedy and the Vichese and Golosona pizzas, so good, we started to eat them before taking photos. The Vichese with so many fresh tomatoes, onion and grated Pecorino was memorable. We could see awards and cups on display and based on our experience these were thoroughly deserved. Thank you all at Paposcia Club!

Ogni volta che passo sul Gargano una tappa è obbligatoria assieme alla mia famiglia. La paposcia è veramente buona e anche la pizza (provata a causa di un'incomprensione tra me e la cameriera): l'impasto è veramente leggero oltre ad essere ben cotto. L'unica cosa migliorabile è la gestione del servizio, ma non ne faccio un problema visto che è un ristorante a conduzione familiare; certo però è che con il miglioramento di quest'ultimo si piazzerebbero ad un livello ancora più alto. Se passate sul Gargano fate come me: una tappa fatela obbligatoriamente

Pizza ottima, sopra la media! Abbiamo preso diverse pizze speciali, alcune più buone di altre, dipende dalle combinazioni. La signora in sala è davvero cordiale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ci torneremo, anche solo per la sua gentilezza, si sente proprio che è un locale a gestione familiare.

Pizzeria accogliente, dove la gestione è una simpatica conduzione familiare, arricchita tra esperienza e novità. Pizza e paposcia sono di ottimo livello con particolare attenzione alla materia prima ed alla tradizione visto che questo alimento riveste sul territorio da quando ha ricevuto la Deco. Ottimo anche il trattamento economico. Complimenti per tutto e continuate così.

Per una buona paposcia bisogna aspettare. c'è scritto così all ingresso,ed è vero, c'è da attendere. Ma ne vale davvero ogni minuto atteso. Veder lavorare il gran Maestro con la consapevolezza e la cura di chi vuole farti assaggiare un pezzo di Puglia e davvero una gioia per gli occhi. E poi la titolare...un fiume in piena con ben pochi peli sulla lingua. Ci siamo sentiti come accolti in casa. Piccolo consiglio: rivedrei qualcosa dell' arredamento,ma soprattutto togliamo dal menù degli antipasti la bresaola della Valtellina...diamo spazio ai prodotti locali molto più buoni e ricercati da noi " vacanzieri". Un abbraccio e spero di rivedervi presto.
